21 years old boy looking for a room to rent in Maastricht.

I am 21 y/o student from Germany/Russia. Speak 3 languages (native russian, fluent english and above average german). No bad habits. 

I am looking for a room in Maastricht, preferably furnished (a bed, a desk and a case). All the basic services should be included in the price, like water and electricity. Including internet would be awesome too!
