19 yrs old Irish/Croatian grew up in Zimbabwe looking for a room min 12sqm up to 2km from Maastricht city center(east side)

I am 19 yrs old Irish/Croatian grew up in Zimbabwe and now coming to study in Maastricht for the next 3 years.

Would like to be in the house with up to 4 room mates, preferably with a sink and min of 12sqm.

Distance wise, up to 2km max from the city center.
