18 year old girl looking for accommodation in Maastricht

I am a 18 year old prospective student at Maastricht University. I will start a European Law Bachelor in September. I am looking for an accommodation anywhere in the border region in Belgium or in Maastricht. I do not speak Dutch yet but I understand it thanks to my skills in English and German (I also obviously speak French and also Italian). That is why I would like a roomate (or several) who could teach me Dutch!
I'll take anything under 300€/month, also if you have any job offer, let me know, I am already looking for anything!
