Where to go for the Erasmus exchange year. Lyon or Alicante???

Hello!
I am currently researching universities for my Erasmus exchange year starting in September 2015. I have narrowed my choices down to Lyon University in France and Alicante University in Spain. I am currently in my second year at The University of Chester in England, and I am studying International Business Managament.
Does anyone have any advice, knoewledge or input about these two cities I could use to make my decision?
