Searching a rent

I am searching for a peaceful place to live from the 19 of July to the 3rdof October in order to complete an internship in the center of London. I lived with roommates for 7 years in Italy and 1 year in Spain, so i think i can consider me a person who knows what it means to live with other people. I am quiet and studious (i am a fresh graduated), and capable of paying rent through financial support from the Erasmus+ Programme. My English level is B2 (first), and i can speak Spanish fluent and Italian (mother tongue). I would like to know:

-          if your single room is still available, and if i could send someone to see the flat, (if not, i would like to see it when i come to London the 19thof July).

-         If there are agency fees.

-         What bills are included.

About the flatmates, i would prefer between 20 and 35 years old, professionals, (or here for internship preferable) , erasmus student, or student of here.
I would prefer that parties stay out from the flat..
