I’m looking for a studio or an apartment to share with someone but should be a female

I’m 24 years old and Egyptian student who is going to do a masters degree in the Teesside University in London and looking for a safe a clean studio to live alone with affordable price not expensive at all and close to my university but if is not that close but with a good price that is fine but the place should be clean and safe or share an apartment with a good price too with someone who must be a female.
