Friendly, happy & tidy!! Looking for accommodation in zone 1

Dear Landlord/Landlady,

My name is Olivia, Im 24 years old and I moved to London 2 years ago to begin my bachelors degree in Fashion Business at Istituto Marangoni.

So a little about me,

Im currently undergoing a work placement at Burberry, at the PR Dept. In the beginning of October Im starting my last and final year at Uni. 

I occasionally enjoy to go out and have a glass of wine on the weekends, but my hardcore party days are more then over. Im very tidy and responsible. As mentioned, I'm a full-time student, but I have good references from Knight Frank as a previous tenant, a mother in Sweden who's willing to be my reference and a regular study loan (the 25th of every month) from the Swedish government, these payouts can be verified.

I'm looking for >
a bright (!!) flat in Zone 1 only, Central or West. I've previously lived in Covent Garden, a location which I really love. Looking for a Studio (or 1 bed) with a double bed & preferably good closet storage. Washing machine is essential.

Im flexible with move in date.
