24 year old art student, looking for accommodation in London

Hi! 
I am 24 year old MA Fine Art student from Czech republic going for an Erasmus exchange to Cetral St. Martins (5-6 months). 
I used to live in Winchester for two years and now I am commuting because of portrait commissions in UK/ still finishing my degree in Czech, but I need to find some nice place in London now, because of the school. 
Ideally somewhere near King's Cross or anywhere close to it. Maybe Dalston, Stoke Newington or somewhere in the zone 2.
In my spare time I usually paint, I'm into sports - boxing, fencing, running. But I'm pretty much up for anything. I like to socialize. I do cook and I love to bake. I'm partialy vegan- I don't eat meat, milk and eggs - because of my allergy (don't worry I'm not a bio-vegan-freak and I can cook all sorts of meaty non vegan stuff too, I just don't eat it). 

My term starts on 28th so I think I need to be there before that date. But I'm quite flexible. ( I can stay with my friends for a week or so)
