20 year old girl and 21 year old boy, looking for accommodation that we can stay together in London

I am a Japanese student who is currently taking part in a program in Washington DC studying about International Law and Organisation as well as Foreign Policy, and will be participating in the LSE summer school studying about International Political Economics during June and July. I was originally born and raised in Tokyo and am living in a small apartment with my lovely mother.

I am looking for a double room in central London from the 17th of June till the 21th of July to share with my Dutch boyfriend. My boyfriend is 21 years old and currently studying mathematics at the University of Oxford and free from June and onwards, so spending the summer together in London is the perfect opportunity to see each other again. We met three years ago in Germany and have been in a long distance relationship ever since. Over the past few years we have met three times in a year during Spring break, Christmas and the summer holiday, and we decided to spend one month together in London this summer. We are really looking forward to stay together and enjoy each others company.

We are both flexible, clean and tidy international students and do not smoke and nor drink. We are also both familiar with London and prefer to stay as close to the LSE as possible in order to reduce the costs of daily commute. Ideally, we are looking for a double room for the price of 50 pounds per day. Because our reservation for the initial accommodation got cancelled we have no place to stay at this moment. We are currently looking for other options for double rooms where we can stay together, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
