Why did you choose to go to Logroño, Spain?

I really wanted to spend my Erasmus in Spain and one of the schools that my Academy proposed to me was ESDIR in Logroño, so I didn't have to think a lot about it!

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

My whole scholarship takes 5 months, I've got 400 euro per month.

What is the student lifestyle like in Logroño?

It's just amazing! There're 2 universities (Universidad de La Rioja and Escuela Superior de Diseño), so you can find here a lot of students, and quite big part of city propose you many activities (for example Student's Thursday in every tapas/pinchos bars).

Would you recommend the city and the University of Logroño to other students?

I'm studying at ESDIR and for me it's great experience to get know about different type of education, from absolutely another perspective.

What is the food like?

AMAZING! Calle Laurel it's the true paradise on Earth. Thousands of tapas bars with millions types of typical spanish one bite food, everybody can find something interesting. Cheap and absolutely delicious.

How much does it cost to live in Logroño?

I think that money from school are almost enough for flat, food and travels. (400 euro)

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

ESDIR organized spanish course for Erasmus students, I used to learn spanish before so now I have great occasion to be better and better.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Logroño from your city?

From Warsaw, I recommend flight to Madrid and bus from airport to bus station in Logroño.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Logroño?

At first Calle Laurel (to something like "before party") and after that for example Calle Mayor or Concept or Cafe de la Luna.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Logroño?

Like I told before Calle Laurel or if you want to eat something bigger, I recommend Creperia del Mar on Gran Via.
