Yes, I would recommend Liberec as a city for living. During winter there's a lot of snow!

No, there is area called Harcov, where all students live together. Generally you live with someone else in one room, although you have your own kitchen and bathroom.

In the area of Harcov there are many places that are famous for students parties during a week.
