What's your impression of life in Leipzig? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?
Life in Leipzig is good because there are lots of cultural offerings and little parks. The people are busy all the time.
How is the university environment in Leipzig?
There are a lot of libraries, like the Albertina library, the campus library (open 24/7) and the ''Deutsche Nationalbibliothek (DNB)''. There's a smart environment at the ''Hochschule für Grafik und Buchkunst''.
How much does it cost to live in Leipzig?
Depends on the area. In Volkmarsdorf the rent and prices in the supermarkets are cheap (except for in ''Konsum'').
Is it difficult to find accommodation in Leipzig? Can you give any advice in this regard?
I was lucky, because I found my room in just one day while visiting the apartments. At first, I searched and I arranged the appointments. But be careful; just like in Italy, there are a lot of scammers.
How is the local food? What are your favourite dishes?
There are lots of restaurants on''Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse'' an Italian restaurant, along with an Indian and a Korean restaurant.
In your opinion, what are the best places to visit in Leipzig?
Clara-Zetkin-Park, the DNB and the Gewandhaus.
And eating in Leipzig? What are your favourite places?
There's a spanish supermarket near ''Nikolaikirche'', bu I prefer not to eat meat.
How is the night life in Leipzig? Where would you recommend to go out to?
- A la Moritzbastei.
- Al theatro: "Theater der Jungen Welt".
Do you have any advice to give to future students of Leipzig?
Respect every deadline.
