El alto, or the city center or the south are very different... so just enjoy every single part of these amazing city.

You can enjoy a lot, and you can find whatever you want.

How much does it cost to live in La Paz?

Live in La Paz is very very cheap! But very!

With around 400 Euros you are the queen!

Is it difficult to find accommodation in La Paz? Is there any advice you can give?

It depends what you want and where you want to live...

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Food is very tasty, very different, and very cheap!

You have to eat salteñas, fricase, chicharon, pollos copacabana... I have to stop thinking about them beacause I already dream about them!

What places would you recommend visiting in La Paz?

  • The city
  • El valle de la Luna
  • Tiwanacu
  • Coroico (with the death road)
  • El lago Titicaca

And travel all around Bolivia!

  • El salar
  • Rurenabaque
  • Potosi
  • Sucre

And if you are during the carnaval you should go to Oruro.

Is it good to eat out in La Paz? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes! But be careful some places are not that clean...

  • But eat at Pollos Copacabana the best fast food ever!
  • El hornito or saltenas potosinas are the best place for eating salteñas.
  • For taking a coffee Vanilla is a very nice place.
  • Factory is also a very good place for eating American wings.

Is the nightlife good in La Paz? Where is good to go?

I love to go to Forum.

What advice would you give future students heading to La Paz?

Enjoy, travel, eat, discover, and try to come back home if you don't fail in love from la Paz and Bolivia.
