20 year old Indian Muslim Girl looking for atleast roomates to move in with me at any of the PV condominium in Gombak

I am a 20 year old Indian Muslim girl studying at IIUM.

Im looking for atleast two female roomates willing to rent a flat at any of the PV condominiums (example: PV2, PV4, PV8) by end of February or beginning of March 2020. Rent at these condominiums is quite cheap with lowest rent being aroun 350 RM  a month and highest going to 700 RM  a month (excluding utilities, price of which will be split among us).

These condominiums are also near multi cuisine restaurants and other amenities and is a walking distance to LRT Gombak.

I am looking for roomates:

•FEMALE only • International (non Malaysian) • Students preferred but Working females also accepted • Open minded and chill • No smoking or doing drugs • Clean and Tidy • Pay rent on time • Fun personality

I myself am easy to live with, friendly, open minded and non judgemental. I do not like messy individualsand it is important for me you pay rent and utilities fee on time. I am open to become friends with my future housemates.
