Kingston is very eventful and filled with excitement. Something is always happening in this city. I would definitely recommend living in kingston because it has activities for everyone of all ages and also resources are easily accessible.

What is the student lifestyle like in Kingston?

Student life in kingston is very appropriate. There are tons of libraries and helpful resources. There are fast food places, restaurants, bars, clubs. So whatever you feel like doing, something is available. There are a lot of young people in the kingston area so there are a lot of people you can socialize with.

How much does it cost to live in Kingston?

Right now, I live with my parents so I am not very sure of the cost of living but if you're a student coming to live in kingston I suggest to either board or live with a friend. Rent in kingston tends to be a bit expensive.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Kingston? Is there any advice you can give?

Accommodation is pretty easy to find. There are numerous apartment buildings located all over the city, as well as hotels and inns. Dorms are also available on campuses of the universities.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Food here is very classic Jamaican, for instance oxtail and rice and peas, Ackerman and salt fish and dumpling, mannish water. However, there are a lot of different types of restaurants for example Chinese, Japanese, Italian, Thai. Kingston has a variety of food selections.

What places would you recommend visiting in Kingston?

I would recommend visiting the night clubs if you are a party person. My favorite clubs are fiction, club privilege, quad:top floor.

Is it good to eat out in Kingston? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

It is great to eat out. I live here and I eat out all the time. Some of my favorite places are Macau, Tracks and Records, Tea Tree Creperie, Cafe blue, Chilitos, Tutti Frutti.

Is the nightlife good in Kingston? Where is good to go?

The nightlife is always so live in kingston. Always a party going on everyday of the week. I mentioned my favorite clubs to hit up in the section places to visit.
