5 minutes to ferry and 10 minutes to Nergis metro station. 

The apartment is on the second floor with elevator. The flat is full furnished ( fridge, owen, washing machine, dish washer, iron, TV, comfortable sofas with big balcony  and also unlimited internet (wireless), 24 hours hot water.)  Home is warm with gas heating. 
You can use living room and kitchen. Also flat has a very nice and big balcony with view.

I am a friendly female food engineer.  You will come just with your luggage and settle. You will have all you need.
