Erasmus girl searching for a flat to rent in Izmir

Im searching a nice, neat and fully furnished flat with two or tree bedrooms, prefer with balcony, but not necessary. Also prefer flat in BUCA. I am responsible and tidy, studying physical therapy in Dokuz Eylul university. I will come 15th february and leave on 5th July. For two bedrooms flat max- 400euros including bills, for tree bedrooms flat max- 500euros including bills. I will leave it even cleaner than i found! ;)
