Academic professional looking for furnished accommodation in Balcova

I'll be at Izmir University of Economics for at least one year as of September, 2014. I prefer a studio or small apartment (3 + 1) within walking distance of the university. If some utilities and internet can be included it would be great. I don't have a television and don't use cable. I'm a quiet, single, responsible non-smoker with no pets. No rental agents, please.
