Hey, I'm Eylem from Germany and I'm going to do my Erasmus in Izmir at Ege university from Sept 2014 until (probably) June/July 2015.
I have never been to Izmir and as all this happened quite spontaneously I don't really know what I'm expecting. All I can tell is that I'm truly excited.
well I'm half Turkish but unfortunately, my Turkish is not as elaborate as I would have liked it to be so I hope to improve my language skills in Izmir but also learn more about the culture and enjoy the city and country in general, meet new people and simply have an amazing time :)
