hi everyone!
i have 2 available rooms in my fully furnished home. (carpets, 3 TV's with Digiturk (Satellite), PC, washing machine, dish washer, heater, 2 fans, refrigerator, cooker, hair dryer, 24 hours warm water, wireless internet and goes on...) I'm a young man, homeoffice worker and need housemates. it doesnt matter if this housemate will be male or female.
my home is 30 seconds far by walking from subway which you can go to Konak, Alsancak etc in 15 mins, 2 mins by walking to Ege University and 10 mins by walking to Yasar University, 30 mins by bus to Dokuz Eylul University and Izmir Economy University.
Kucukpark, Bornova is the center of the nightlife of Izmir. there are sooo many pubs, bar's, cafe's etc... you can find whatever you search in Kucukpark. Kucukpark, Bornova is a 24 hours living area.
I'm a tidy person who knows his responsibilites and like to have fun.
I'm looking for erasmus students because i need my english practice (even my german which i forgot so much :( ) (also i can teach you turkish :) )
The prices are;
225 € / per month / 1 room / 1 person
200 € / per month / 2 person (for each person)

people, really if there are some persons who are coming to izmir in august (or september) and are going to live in balcova, we could rent a flat together. because it's quite expensive to do this on your own and flats are waayy tooo biiig for one person ;))) looking forward to hearing from you

hi there all incoming students,
as i read the posts, it s always same problem >> accomodation : ) ..
i have been living in Izmir for 10 years.. and as i know that -at least for Izmir- it s even not that easy to apply for rooms in dormitories.. and as some of yours wrote, the dormitories in Turkey, mostly not like the ones in Europe. %99,1 of them are not mixed. ( if the uni s not a state but a private uni, then it may change.. )
soo.. what i can recommend you to do is, maybe u already use, if not u can start using Couchsurfing.com ; i think that at least it ll help you at the first days of your arrival. u can stay with a local person in Izmir for a few days during making your searches a flat..

hey dudees. i have 2 free rooms in my flat. it's in izmir buca close to dokuz eylül university campuses 10 minutes by walking and we have bus stop in front of apartment. wide rooms fresh air :) every room have own balcony and we have furniture too. if you interested contact me. by the way i'm student in deu too and im a little party guy:)

I'm looking for flatmates in Balcova/Izmir/Turkey. Well I'm opened in going somewhere else, because I still don't know the city very well, but I would like to stay near Izmir Ekonomi Universitesi, which is the university I'm going to! ;)
