During May each year, lily blossoms form a charming painting while harvesting, as tourists do not miss the opportunity to take photographs of lily fields while harvesting. Lilies are usually grown in garden gardens as ornamental flowers, but they are an important source of income in Isparta, where they are grown on large areas.

The flower-picking season starts at the end of May and lasts until the end of June.

Lavender begins its harvest season in July and lasts until August, turning the village of kuyucak in keçiborlu district, which accounts for 80% of lavender production in Turkey, into a stunning purple color.

Harvesting begins in the fields, and roses are quickly transported to rose oil plants before they wither. Production of just one kilogram of rose oil takes four tons of rose, or about two million roses collected by hand. Isparta exports 95% of its production of rose oil abroad, at a price of about ten thousand euros per kilogram

The city can be reached from Istanbul or Antalya easily, as there are many clean breaks on the road, which provide distinctive and integrated services. In Isparta, there is Demirel Airport, but it is not used after the crashed plane which killed about 57 people, and spread Mosques in all areas of the city such as Sinan Pasa Mosque, which bears the name of the greatest architect in the history of the Ottoman Empire.
