Ferdowsī, spelled Firdawsī, Firdusi, pseudonym of Abū al-Qasem Manṣūr, (born c. 935, near Ṭūs, Iran—died c. 1020–26, Ṭūs). an iranian poet who wrote Shah Numeh. his poems are completely wroten in persian but you might find some arabic words too. this book have translated to different languages and every year people go to his tomb and celebrate his birthday.
he was the greatest poet in his era and no one could deny this. if one day you decided to come to mashhad, you must visit this tomb.if you want to see more photos you can see them in my instagram profile: @farzane.zar
