Another beautiful city in Iran is Abadan. This city was damaged during the war between Iran and Iraq. Unfortunately, many citizens were killed and some were captured. The city has many oil refineries and is, in fact, one of the most important economic hubs in Iran. Abadan harbors help the city's economy.

The people of this city are fishing alongside working in the refinery. One of the most beautiful scenes you can see in Abadan is the fishing boats. The beautiful palm trees of this city have become a symbol of endurance in the city. Seeing the palm trees at dusk is one of the most stunning scenes for taking beautiful photos if you are interested in photography.

This city was formerly a residence of Americans. So, in some parts of this city you may see the style of European and American architecture. Another tourist destination is the 60-year-old church. A very beautiful church. One year, people of Abadan went to this church for the New Year and celebrated with Christians.
