How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

For 5 months - 280 euro/months - Paid once at the 80% and the rest at our return they say.

What is the student lifestyle like in Graz?

I think well. Quite busy but very interesting.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Graz to other students?

Sure.

What is the food like?

I find it pretty well with all these different kinds of sauce to eat the magnifique bread of Graz.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Graz?

Not so much. I find it before coming here through the internet so it was costless.

How much does it cost to live in Graz?

At least 400 euro per months without transport.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

Not at all. Yes, there are. But there are all quite expensive so it is kind of additive costs.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Graz from your city?

Definitively Blablacar (Car Sharing) but a formal way could be Flixbus when there are some special offers and the last one IntercityBus less time and comfort but you need to make an abonnement first on OEBB.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Graz?

It seems a quite safety city but some people used to say that it depends on in which locality of Graz you are.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Graz?

Yes, I will highly recommend some typical dish of Styria and all the derivative of Apple... Really delicious!

The Schlossberg (The castle I mean)

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Graz in the future?

Austrian people seem to be pretty shy but in reality, there are like that only with people they do not know but once we get in contact you could see how open-minded people they are!
