Hi!

My name is Wiola (Wioletta) Kowalczyk, I'm nearly 22 years old and I'm from Warsaw in Poland.

I'm a third-year student of Mediterranean Studies (majors: Spain and Greece) at The Institute for Interdisciplinary Studies "Artes Liberales", the part of University of Warsaw. What's more, I'm realizing additional program - English Philology at Centre for Foreign Language Teacher Training and European Education, where I'm at 1st year.

From time to time, when I have more free time, I work as secretary, touristic guide, hostess or give English, Spanish or Latin private lessons. I can speak also Greek, but I'm no good at this language.

I'm deeply interested in, a-bove all, Al-Andalus, and further: history and culture of Mediterranean area, especially Spain and Greece, languages, comparative grammar and comparative histories of civilizations. About my academic experience and interests you can read on http://uw.academia.edu/WiolettaKowalczyk

Of course, I have also normal hobbies ;) I love music (check my music taste: http://www.lastfm.pl/user/Velmyle) and film. I'm a great fan of fantasy literature and all that 'funny' RPG-nerd-geek culture ;) I'm an admirer of Martin's "Song of Ice and Fire" saga. Construction of Westeros as a fictional world is a fascinating masterpiece for me. I've danced bellydance for half a year, but I know some steps for salsa, dancehall, quickstep, chacha, waltz, tango, etc. I like dancing, awesome parties with my friends, and lazy days at the seaside ;)

I'm very friendly entertaining and open-minded person. You can find me on facebook: http://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100000681147130&ref=ts#!/wiola.kowalczyk ;)

This year at October I'm going to study history at University of Granada. :)

Hey,
I'm looking to stay with either a group of girls or with a family during my erasmus year in Granada. I'm a second year undergraduate student at the moment studying spanish and english in England (which is where I'm from). I enjoy socialising and am a hard worker when it comes to studying. I have to say I love reading fiction, learning languages (which I do sometimes in my free time) and I love going to the cinema and visiting historical and cultural places... so I'm definitely looking forward to spending a year in Granada!
Also, I'm trying to find accomodation in the albaicin or el centro so if anyone can give me some idea of where i could start looking, that would be amazing! Oh, I'll be studying in la facultad de filología y letras.
Look forward to meeting you soon!

Hello everybody!

My name is Tamara, I come from Serbia and by the time we arrive in Granada I will be 21.
Right now I am a sophomore student of Iberian Studies at the University of Belgrade, Serbia. So, I will spend my fifth semester at the Facultad de Letras. I study Spanish and Portuguese, Literature and Culture.
So, what could I say... I adore foreign languages. Besides the ones I study, I really enjoy English as well. I really like singing, and my favourite kind of music is Fado, which mainly consists of Portuguese national tunes. I also play the guitar (lately... I am not as skillful as I used to be :)) I have also sung some Spanish classics during my high school period, so if there is anyone else interested in music, we can arrange some singing-dancing-music events while we hang out in Granada.
As for sports, I am fond of skiing.
I consider myself a sociable and open-minded person, as well as a bit party maniac.
I really enjoy going out with my friends until late. 3:)

I hope we will have a wonderful time!

my email: [email protected]

See you in a few months! :)

Hola!
I'm Victor, I'm 20 years old, and I would like to find two roommates. Last year I lived with two erasmus students, one guy and one girl and the experience was great, so I would like to repeat! The flat I offer is in Hornillo de Cartuja street, next to de Triunfo gardens, Real Hospital, supermarket, gym, you can cacth almost every bus line in the nearest bus stop to the flat, wich it is just 2 minutes away. The flat has 3 big bedrooms, a wide living room, nice kitchen and two restrooms. It is very lightful, fully equiped with heat/AC, oven, microwave, etc and in very good condition, it doesn't look old as most of the students flats. the Price is 200€ and we split the water, electricity and internet bills, it can be about 40 euros per each. You can contact me at [email protected] for more information and pictures of the flat!!
