Because when you decided to be an Erasmus/exchange student everybody told you it would be the time of your life and you didn't believe it until you arrived there...

Because you have met a milion people from all over the world and you have been involved somehow in their culture, their language, their life or their thoughts...

Because you had to look up more than once where was this or that country as you had never met anybody from there before...

Because in the last days you realized that there are still a lot of people you didn't spend so much time with, and sometimes you would love to go back in time...

Because they were all classmates, tripmates, roommates, corridormates, partymates, mealmates, cookingmates, shoppingmates, friends, your family and finally part of your every day life...

Because when you went back home and wherever you go you will always have in your heart and in your mind a little piece of each and everyone of all this amazing people you have met during your stay abroad...

Because you never thought it was so difficult to say goodbye until you were an Erasmus/exchange student..
