Salthill

Salthill is the name of the beach of Galway. It is located in the west of the town. There is a long promenade where people go to walk. One can consider that this is the posh part of the town because of all the luxurious houses. This beach has nothing to do with Spanish beaches. There are a lot of seaweeds and because of that it can seem that the beach is very dirty. Besides, the water is very cold and only brave people dare to swim in the Atlantic water.
