National University of Galway (NUIG) is the name of my college. The main building is amazing. It is the picture which appears of the college when you google NUIG. It was built in 1849 with a neo-Tudor style. But, it is a pity that there is any lecture there, as it only houses administrative offices. As a curiosity, it has always been a secular university, and because of that they had a lot problems with the clergy when it was opened.
