Macaroons' recipe

Ingredients:

1 cup of blanches almonds

2/3 cup of sugar

1 large egg

1/4 teaspoon of almonds extract

A pinch salt

Preparation:

- Preheat the oven

- Butter a tray that you can enter in the oven

- Grind the almonds together with the sugar with a whisk

- Add egg, almonds extract, and the salt

- Grind to get a uniform mixture

- Make 16 balls with the mixture

- Put them in the tray

- Bake them for 10 minutes or until they are pale golden

- Wait until they are cool
