Life in Florence, Italy by Filippo
How much does it cost to live in Florence?
Florence isn't expensive like other Italian cities, but you should avoid the dowtown: as in every tourist city, a lot of expensive restaurants and shops are very close to the cathedral and the main monuments of the city.
By the way you can find some special little shop in the dowtown streets, but it's up to you to find it!
What places would you recommend visiting in Florence?
every place in Florence has a story to tell. The Cathedral, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo della Signoria, piazzale Michelangelo... but if you want to enjoy some tuscany landscapes, rent a motorbike and travel to Siena and Arezzo avoiding highroads...
