A lot of activities outside! You just can't stay in the house in such a beautiful city!

Depends on the time you are going. In September it can be too late. All accommodation are booked!

Too many! Piazza Michelangelo, Piazza Signoria, Duomo, palacio Petti, Cacine park.
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Firenze in the future?
As soon as you get there, buy a new cellphone chip, way cheaper to call the home! Don't take the bus, enjoy the nice walks! Buy a bicycle if you can. Have a cup of cappucino outside!
