Why did you choose to go to Firenze, Italy?

I've always wanted to spend more time in Italy. Florence is famous thanks to culture, art, and the Tuscan nature is so beautiful.

How much money do you receive from the scholarship to help you with the living costs?

I receive 500 euros for each month, which is not enough to cover all my expenses.

What is the student lifestyle like in Firenze?

It is great experience!

Would you recommend the city and the University of Firenze to other students?

Definitely, I can totally recommend this city!

What is the food like?

Italian people eat so much pizza, pasta, bread, that sometimes is little bit too much for me. In spite of that, all their meals are really delicious. Also, the seafood is cheaper and fresher.

Is it difficult to find your accommodation in Firenze?

I think it's not so difficult to find accommodation here. I found mine on my 4th day here.

How much does it cost to live in Firenze?

For me - about 700 euros for a month, but it really depends.

Is Italian language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

There is a language course but you should pass the base level test before that.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Firenze from your city?

By plane to Bologna. Then you can take a bus from the airport to Florence.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Firenze?

You should go to: Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Santa Croce o Piazzale Michelangelo.

Lorenzo de' Medici Restaurant. The staff is very kind and the food is great.
