Why did you choose to go to Firenze, Italy?
The university I studied in was located in Florence. I didn't have another choice.
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
Not enough to cover all my expenses.
What is the student lifestyle like in Firenze?
- Advantages: Various clubs and restaurants, friendly people, a lot of events for students's enterntainment.
- Disadvantages: Small clubs with not enough space, high prices.
Would you recommend the city and the University of Firenze to other students?
Definitely, yes!
What is the food like?
The Italian cuicine is incredible! The restaurants offer delicious meals. The goods in supermarkets are with relatively high quality.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Firenze?
It was quite difficult for me to find accommodation. Too choosy landlords...
How much does it cost to live in Firenze?
It depends on the living standarts that different nations have.
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
There is language course that the university provides but it is not very useful.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Firenze from your city?
The easiest - by plane, the most economical - by bus.
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Firenze?
I recommend Piazza Santa Croce, Piazza Santa Maria Novella.
What good cultural sites are there to visit?

- Stores
- Wineries.
