Why did you choose to go to Florence, Italy?
Because of whole year studies (two semesters).
And also because it's charming city
How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?
Scholarship was full period. I receive 450Eur from my university and 200Eur from my family
What is the student lifestyle like in Florence?
Calm, relaxing, full of entertainment
Would you recommend the city and the University of Florence to other students?
yes
What is the food like?
Italian of course. But offen home-made, because everything is expensive.
Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Florence?
Yes
How much does it cost to live in Florence?
220Euro for rent + 50 for bills
Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?
Not so easy. Yes, university organize courses.
What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Florence from your city?
Flight and then bus or train
Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Florence?
To some piazza on the stairs. When it's cold - to the club
And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Florence?
Pizza of course. Very good place for pizza is Gusto pizza
What good cultural sites are there to visit?
All the city is open-air meseum
Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Florence in the future?
Go to Florence with good language skills
