First Impressions

So this is it. I am sitting in my room, drinking some wine with juice and lime and everything looks so cool. I mean I'm like on holidays, living my life, meeting new people.. and I think this is all about that project is, I'm excited! And it's only the fourth day.

I had arrived to Evora when it was dark. Like from movie. Crossing tens of simmilar streets, smelling that cool scent of old and mysterious place. I wasn't that tired to stay home - come on, its erasmus life! I decided to join my friend and meet rest of the group he was leading at. I've met so many people and everyone was so kind for me! Of course it was a pleasure to cheer a drink with that people, enjoy first talks and just have fun. I came to my house so so late. And I really enjoyed it.

For first days it was neccessary to find closest groceries, meeting points and go to the university to sign the documents. ESN people helped me a lot, cause as I said - everyone's here is so nice to me.

And for that time I was living alone in my big house. It was strange, I wasnt scared but one day I found a message: "Hi (..) there is a ghost here.." :D
I haven't met it yet so it's not worth to be scared haha :) And I was spending whole that time with my friends from Poland, Italy, Spain, Brazil and others ;)

So first drinking night and first erasmus dinner with foreign friends it's done on my 'To-do-list' so far. I've never met so many people like for four last days. I really like to share every experience with them, talk about my home, my studies in Poland and their stories are either excite.

I promised myself no to take to many photos because I am not a tourist. I am an Erasmus Student and tbh I don't have too many pictures to send to my family and friends in PL. But we are talking so often via Skype and Facebook and nowadays its cool to see them nearly everyday. That's why I am not so home-sick. But in some part I will be. Like always far from home, but it's mixed with excitement and adventurous feeling.

There's nothing to be scared of, even of my first days here. It's like the best adveture in my life, thats what my friends used to say about my studies abroad. And it's happening!

So that all so far, see you! :)
