What is it like to live in Espoo? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I am enjoying my stay in espoo. I faced few issues with extream weather initially but now I am getting adjusted. Best part is public transport and other services to work and live in Finland. Really great.

What is the student lifestyle like in Espoo?

I am.not student so I can't comment on it.

How much does it cost to live in Espoo?

Including rent , travel and food with basic lifestyle 1000 euros are enough for 1 person.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Espoo? Is there any advice you can give?

No, there are multiple websites which helps u find accommodation as per your convenience.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Finnish food is nice but as I come from India i am.likely to eat spicy food. I eat meat so no issue for me but veg people will have some struggle.I tried mammi recently , finnish traditional dessert and I really liked it

What places would you recommend visiting in Espoo?

Not only in espoo but in helsinki and near by places. Recently I went to tallinn by cruise and I enjoyed my 1 day trip.

Is it good to eat out in Espoo? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes many supermarket and malls have good options.
Picnic, kung food panda, Rax buffet and pizza is my favorite.

Is the nightlife good in Espoo? Where is good to go?

Haven't been to any club as of now. But in Helsinki kampii area there are nice places for nightlife fun

What advice would you give future students heading to Espoo?

Book apartment in advance and nearby to save travelling time so more time can be given to studies and other activities.
