Definetly. For students this is the best city. Cheap transportationa and the tram can take you anywhere.

What is the student lifestyle like in Eskisehir?

Its great. One of the best Universities in Turkey is in Eskisehir, Anadolu. The winter is a bit too long. Osmangazi is a good university. Great place we have hospitals in all of the universities. The food in Eskisehir is good and affordable.

How much does it cost to live in Eskisehir?

Depending on where you are staying minimum 150 euros. (If you stay in a government and half private dormitory)

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Eskisehir? Is there any advice you can give?

It is not difficult for a house but its hard to get into a government dormitory. Private dormitories are easy to get into.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Lokma and Iskender are my favourite. The food is the classic Turkish food. Middle Eastern, Turkish coffee, Kebab and the likes.

What places would you recommend visiting in Eskisehir?

Odumpazari and Sazova Park.

Is it good to eat out in Eskisehir? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Its good to eat out. HD Iskender, kofteci Yusuf, Saglik pide, Donus and Turuncu Tantuni.

Is the nightlife good in Eskisehir? Where is good to go?

I dont know. I am not into night life.

What advice would you give future students heading to Eskisehir?

Try to do all your bank card,tram card and Ikamet (residence permit in the first week). Check resturant reviews before going there.
