I think the best word for defining Eskişehir is " student city" approx. one fifth of habitants are uni students in eskişehir, it is nor a huge and stressfull town neither a little boring one..
Eskişehir has a unique aura with its liberal perspective that's why it singles out of any turkish city, the streets shake with fun all nights whats more it is the safest city of turkey and local people has the highest level of culture in turkey.

What is the student lifestyle like in Eskisehir?

crazy parties and so many cultural activity oppportunities and amazing campus ( Anadolu universty )

How much does it cost to live in Eskisehir?

for a relatively comfortable life ,all expenditures including approx. 600 Euro.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Eskisehir? Is there any advice you can give?

it is not difficult at all, so many studio apartments exist in city center which cost 150-200 euros per month.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

"Çibörek" which origines lays till caucassian Turks.

So many convenient fast food and tradational restaurants service ,majority of them even open 24 hours.

it is all the days and nights vibrant town so i would recommend you my 5 favourite place to have fun even if the list has a great potential to extend :)
