Why did you choose to go to Dubrovnik, Croacia?

I chose dubrovnik because is next to the sea, and my course is marine sciences, I study the ocean/sea. Also I saw pictures from croatia and I was really curious to come to this little paradise.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

The scholarship I receive is good, around 3000€ in 4months (although I think the rent of houses was cheapest here).

What is the student lifestyle like in Dubrovnik?

It is very good, at least for erasmus, because it exists the ESNDubrovnik and it helps us a lot. They organize a lot of parties, sport activities (etc) so we can get in touch with all the erasmus students from other countries.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Dubrovnik to other students?

Yes, I would.

What is the food like?

The food is good, but I don't see a lot of typical from here.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Dubrovnik?

Yes.

How much does it cost to live in Dubrovnik?

My accomodation costs around 400€, I live alone in a little home near my department (aquaculture department).

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

More a less. It has a lot of different letters from the poturguese alphabet.

Yes there is croatian language course.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Dubrovnik from your city?

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Dubrovnik?
