My experience of Saturday night fever in Liverpool, UK in December

I was 21 years old came with shione Saturday was free day, no dockers work also we crew got free and i with boy of my age first went top as youngest officer , and we made trip from Liverpool to USA, Mobile, Alabama.

I always wanted to see how it looks like in UK as heared a lot about that so one Saturday was free day,  dockers no work, crew got free day, and I with friend boy same age as i went to city, first visited Penny Lane Beatles visitors centre bought some suveniers in the afternoon then went to eat something preparing to nigh at Saturday to see and experience it. we went in one disco club full of young people about 9 pm, all was nice as on similar places but what make me laugh young pretty girls in December in coctail dresses and outside was start snowing, They even had no any pullover or so. Disc Jockey was doing his job and at one moment two young boys start fight each other probably due some girl, it was funny to me as everybody just moved from them and disck jockey keep telling them quite cool or pretend it he is cool probably, no fight here go out and fight outside, I pull my friend and we jump behind place where they served mostly beers, as no want to got some souvenir from some boy having 1 beer more then usually , if some bottle hit you in teeth you can then play bagpipe, so better   prevent then cure as anyway it was funny and I was curious about their saturdays. Nothing actualy bad happened boys cooled and friends of them move one from each other and music was playing all the time but nobody was dancing seems they think as I better to wait then be hit with glass or bottle and for nothing.

I think at midnight then they close no anymore are discoteque opened everybody start leaving and then i saw  rely their fun at Saturday, outside  was quite cold snow with some wind and hundreds, or even thousannds no idea young boys and girls marching and try to sing something, going home accompanied by police, but policemen were following all of them not from cars but sitting in big police horses, there was also fighting now and then among boys, and police no interfere at all just watching from horses slowly moving that they not realy start hurting each other, but was not case so far what i saw except few bleeding noses, otherwise police will sure settle it if start be serious so that someone got hurt, On the other hands girls walking on that cold,  snow, foggy and some chilly wind in silky dreses my god, i say to my friend cool so we so it nothing special

nothing special lets go on the ship, but then start trouble. You know that black UK taxi cabs, passing but all have sign on top occupied, and who can reach ship as no way where to go and how far is. So we were walking maybe 2 hrs then one cab finaly stop was free and took us on the ship when we really froze and i think my god that girls are dressed outside as in summer in Croatia in July,

I love UK they have laws so old and  completely different then across Lla Manche on continent for example in pub you can order and drink beer slowly sipping but at midnight bartender rang bell so almost everyone rush there and order pitchers, pints beer how much one like. it means after midnight he is not allowed to serve beer or anything but you when he rang bell literaly can order 10 beers and sit on table and slowly drink one by one he will not tell you go out, but he is not allowed to after rang at midnight serve but if you take then can stay and drink, nice.

In Uk there is a way to spend night much better then tha in private clubs with man on door as its for members only, but if he judge that you are polite and no any trouble maker, although its for member he will let you in, no ticket to pay, but you must have no jeans no cordoroy and must wear necktie to enter in. You know what we did for test fun one made on ship made  from some rope necktie so   if he will let yiu in you must have something around your neck just to enter in,  Usualy is some 10 or so stairs down when you enter and then you can take necktie you made and throw it in garbage as it is garbage its just to enter and nobody will bother anymore do you have it or not once in. Thatas nice place to have fun, as have dancing  room, some restaurant, games, as table tennis and so much, i love that place English girls are so beautiful and you meet there real ones  dancing having fun or even next day some more relationship develop,

I recall one time in Dover was and went to canterbery with train to make some shopping  and see famous catedral there, it is no far with train some 20 minutes or so, weather was nice sunny and one pub was placed chairs and table also outside, I went in order beer and after some time saw something really weird for me, I saw man entered with his son in Pub as was waiting outside long and nobody came,then bartender when saw boy nmaybe 10 years old with his father who just enter to order to him 1 pint of beer and for boy some juice, start shouting, out, out, this man was shocked, i saw by accent is Dutch ask whats wrong i just wait out nobody came and enter to order drink, man again say out take boy out he is not even allowed to enter pub, no to drink but even to enter. Then that Dutchman became angry and say when is like that good bye and you will no see me anymore.

I was watching really puzzled, such regulation means if some inspection officer saw boy enter pub at broad daylight with father ordering drinks and supposed to drink them out he will impose heavy fine to pub owner, I say to myself really world is full of all kind of nonsence.
