I love Cáceres is a beautiful city, quiet that has everything, there is always an event... The ancient city of Cáceres is a privileged monumental place in Spain. Cáceres contains all more civil and religious architecture important that the Spanish Renaissance remains intact today.

The vast majority of civilian buildings and religious make up the Cáceres old town data late XIV, and especially of the reforms, extensions and new buildings made during the fifteenth century and the century XVI. Cause of this monumental splendor, Cáceres was declared a National Monument in 1949 and in 1986, a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

In the city you can visit the remains of the first human settlements Upper Paleolithic in the cave Maltravieso, the ruins of the first Roman settlement at Camp Cáceres el Viejo, Arab walls the second largest tank in the world, its Jewish quarter and, crucially, a set of civil architecture Renaissance religious unique in the world by its homogeneity and state conservation.
