Beaune, a beautiful village in France
Very close to Dijon (30 minutes by train), there are a very beautiful village, called Beaune.
I went twice, one with my erasmus friends, and other when my family went to visit me.
The most important thing to see is the hospice. The building was built to house sick and helpless people did not have resources.
It's an ancien place, it was founded in 1443.
It has two plants. The upper floor is surrounded by a gallery overlooking the courtyard. The most impressive are the rooftops.
Have much inclination and are made of colored tiles, yellow, green, black etc. doing watermarks and see a showb (typical in this zone of France).
During the visit they teach you all the dependencies, and there are life-size figures of the nuns and patients who seem authentic.
I especially loved the kitchen. Are several nuns, dressed in black and white, preparing food and think you are going to offer something a
any time. It was a very nice trip.
