Why did you choose to go to Cuenca, Spain?

Because I love this country and it was a good choice to do my erasmus there.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

It is six months. It was a very cheap city. Anyone can live there for sure.

What is the student lifestyle like in Cuenca?

It is not like Madrid. It is just a small city with students. So every week we organised different parties.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Cuenca to other students?

Yes!

What is the food like?

The food is good. I ate the normal food from supermarket and if it was ordered from outside, I ate Burger King. In the photo you can see a "zarajo", which is a local typical meat dish.

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Cuenca?

My accommodation cost for me €170. I was sharing it with other three people. It was very nice because now we are all very good friends.

How much does it cost to live in Cuenca?

It is very cheap! Actually for one student!

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

The bad thing is that the people didn't speak English. Only Spanish. At the university I just had two courses in English.

What's the easiest or most economical way to travel to Cuenca from your city?

The easiest is Madrid and then with the bus, just two hours.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Cuenca?

Pub Amazónico, with good friends the parties will be very funny!

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Cuenca?

100 Montaditos!
