What is it like to live in Cologne? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Koeln is a lively city. There is always an event happening soon. The people are nice and friendly. Also quite a tolerant city to foreigners and minorities.

What is the student lifestyle like in Cologne?

Relaxed and cool. In the students area, you see students getting every chance to enjoy the parks with a beer.

How much does it cost to live in Cologne?

The accommodation is relatively expensive than other parts of Germany specially for students apartments and studios. But to go out, it is quite tolerable

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Cologne? Is there any advice you can give?

Yes, my advice is to be open to all possibilities. Consider sharing a flat or renting a big flat with friends from the beginning.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Typical German and my favorite dish is always wurst.
