Free to go anywhere,safe and sound city.Its green,clean and beautiful.India's no. 1 university (Punjab University) is in Chandigarh.Living expenses are low.People here are educated and knows good English.

In city center 1 bedroom apartment price is from Rs.6,000 to Rs.9,888 and out of the city center price is from Rs.3,000 to Rs.5,568.

No there is no any difficulties to find any type of accommodation.
What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?
In chandigarh you can have all kind of indian food in veg. and non-veg. both but it is illegal to demand for beef.In malls and in big hotels you can find food of different countries.I like Dal Makhani and masala dosa in veg. and butter chicken in non-veg.

Yes, it is very good to eat outside like in Hotel Shere-a- Punjab (Sector-35) and also in Piccadely.

There is a pub in Sector-17 (Blue Ice).
What advice would you give future students heading to Chandigarh?
students can't be bored or feel loneliness here and people are nice and can make good friends.
