What is it like to live in Chandigarh? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

Living in chandigarh is a total fun.
This city in india is awarded as clean ang green city. The city of gardens is most recommended city to live.
The city is full of beautiful gardens, parks, art views, and party clubs.

What is the student lifestyle like in Chandigarh?

Students come to Chandigarh from different parts of the country. People coming from different areas have a different culture all together bringing from their native places. Gradually the students adjust with what Chandigarh student Lifestyle is and enjoy it. These students stay in hostels or as paying guests which give them completely different experience than their homes. Well coming to Chandigarh becomes worthwhile as they get better opportunities here to participate in several co-curricular activities. Students get the chance to easily participate in short loving trips to hills and partying and much more.

How much does it cost to live in Chandigarh?

The place chandigarh is not so much coslty for living and hang on. But for some things this place is mich costlier than other places as it is a main hub for partying and enjoying.

Is it difficult to find accommodation in Chandigarh? Is there any advice you can give?

No, it is not so much difficult to find the accomodations in chandigarh.
The students can take hostels for living or they can easily find rented apartments.
I advice students to rent apartments by searching through internet.
The cost is not so much high and its fun living there.

What is the food like? What are your favourite dishes?

Chandigarh is known to be the best food points in the country. You can have fun of all the popular dishes of the country there.
I love to have a non-vegetarian dishes of chandigarh.

What places would you recommend visiting in Chandigarh?

As this place is famous for gardens. So some of popular gardens to visit are:
Rock garden
Rose garden
Cactus garden
Fragnance garden
Japanese garden etc.

Sukhna lake is famous for sightseeing, peace and for couples.
Elante mall is famous for shopping and hang on.
Timber trail is another option for visit
And there are many more such places to visit and have fun out there.

Is it good to eat out in Chandigarh? Can you tell us your favourite spots?

Yes, it is all good to eat out in chandigarh.
Cheap and best food is available all tume in chandigarh.
Lalit chandigarh, barbeque nation, baluchi, gopal’s, sindhi sweets, cafe@JW are my favourite spots in chandigarh to have good food.
Night food street is also a favourite spot which provide food and other beverages full night in chandigarh.

Is the nightlife good in Chandigarh? Where is good to go?

Chandigarh is known to be the best and safest night place in india. Friendly and fun loving atmosphere is there in chandigarh.
The best places for nightlife are :
Aerrrizona club
Hops and grains
Para pub
Tau club
Peddler’s pub
Whiskey 111
Etc are some boom blastic clubs and pubs in chandigarh.

What advice would you give future students heading to Chandigarh?

For every student heading to chandigarh,
I advice you to firstly head on to a beautiful rented flat to live on.
You are heading to a beautiful place which is nearby to hilly areas, so plan to visit out there also.
Do have a fun in nightclubs of the area.
Abd enjoy the beauty of chandigarh.
The people in the city are more helping and caring as you expect them to.
