What is it like to live in Cardiff? Would you recommend it? What is the city like?

I've lived in Cardiff for 28 years and it has slowly been getting rubbish. The rent prices are too high, bars closing and too much student living.

Yes because it is so expensive. No advise as this is how much it costs.

Food is okay. Too many branded restaurants and then the independent places close quickly

What places would you recommend visiting in Cardiff?

Cardiff castle, Castle Coch and the parks

It's okay to eat out there will always be something you like.
City road is the place to go as so much different choices

Is the nightlife good in Cardiff? Where is good to go?

Was good when I was 18 but now nothing great as most places have closed.

What advice would you give future students heading to Cardiff?

It's good for students.
