What it's like to live in Cancún? Do you recommend it?

Life in Cancún is pretty damn good, a bit expensive compared to other cities in Mexico, but you fall in love with it, and as it's one of the most touristy cities in Mexico it's absolutely full of different people from all over the world, you might even find yourself eating breakfast next to someone famous.

I recommend Cancún if you like hot weather, meeting people and a lively atmosphere.

A lot of young people come here as it's the best city in Mexico for partying, is ridiculous the amount of young people you can find.

As soon as you step foot in Cancún you won't want to leave, you will completely fall in love with it!

What's student life like in Cancún?

It's full of famous and prestigious universities, Anahuac, and Universidad Tecmilenio for example. Studying anything Cancún is worth it but something like Tourism, Hospitality, Gastronomy or Business Administration especially as like I said before, it's a very touristy city.

How much does it cost to live in Cancún?

Life in Cancún is pretty expensive as it's a frequently visited city.

A taxi can cost you between $200 MXN and $500 MXN, roughly between $15 USD and $38 USD, but there's also trucks/vans that people usually use.

Eating too is expensive, but there are places you can eat for not too much.

Was it hard to find accommodation in Cancún? Can you give any advice?

Looking on the internet is the best options, there are some well priced flats that will cost you about $10000 MXN or $760 USD, as well as some really nice ones going for about $40000 or $3040 USD.

What's the country's food like? What are you favourite dishes?

The food in Mexico is really good, but in Cancún specifically because of the tourism factor there are loads of Italian and Argentinian restaurants, etc.

Mexican food in Cancún though is also amazing, you can't leave without trying to Tacos Al Pastor.

If you're going to Cancún you need to know that you're going to study, going to meet people, maybe even the love of your life, and that you're probably never going to want to leave this incredible place.

If you don't like going out, you'll end up loving it and you'll go back home as a party animal.
