How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

The scholarship I get is Stipendium Hungaricum. It lasts as long as your studies. It includes the tuition fees and about 80000HUF (250Eur) per month. If you choose to live in a dorm that half of it will go for the dorm.

What is the food like?

The food is really good. Not only do you have a lot of international variety, but the local cousin is amazing as well ^-^.

How much does it cost to live in Budapest?

It truly depends from the person. But if you exclude the accommodation, it costs around 150- 200 Eur per month.

Is the language easy to get to grips with? Are there language courses available at the University?

I believe that the language is a bit hard to learn but it is very interesting. And yes there are language courses in University.

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Budapest?

Buddha Original and Langospapa are my favorites!

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Buda Castle, Margret Island(absolutely beautiful)
