Why did you choose to go to Budapest, Hungary?

I just had three choices, and honestly it was my last choice, but I very liked Budapest! And I know that I will come back to Budapest.

How long is the scholarship? How much money do you receive to help you with living costs?

I wasn't at university. I was doing my work placement, so I didn't get help. But everything is very cheap in Budapest.

What is the student lifestyle like in Budapest?

Like a princess! In Budapest, I can do a lot of things, because it was very cheap. So I often went to restaurant, or coffee places. And every night, I went to a different bar, or night club.

Would you recommend the city and the University of Budapest to other students?

Yes! I was very stressful to go to Budapest, because I didn't know this town.

But the city is very beautiful, everybody is very nice. I felt safe in this city.

What is the food like?

Cake, Turo rudi, brown beer...

Did it cost you to find your accommodation in Budapest?

No.

How much does it cost to live in Budapest?

It depends on what you want to do, but 60€ for food per month.

Where would you recommend to go on a night out in Budapest?

There is a lot of ruin bar, really good place!

And for eating? Can you recommend some good restaurants in Budapest?

New York coffee, books coffee, trofea restaurant.

What good cultural sites are there to visit?

Parliament, Castle, Citadel, Margit island.

Is there any other advice that you could give to students going to Budapest in the future?

Go to Budapest! It's very very good city for student.
